Final Assembly Technician

Final Assembly Technician – Sylmar, CA Starting Pay: $26.12 – $28.82 per hour depending on experience. Shift: 1st Shift. Responsibilities Blend, measure, and produce raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings. Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods. Monitor quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Load and unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touch-up/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, and operate a hoist where necessary. Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers. Work in a production environment while following safety procedures. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Willingness to work any job and overtime as needed. Compensation and Benefits PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location.
