Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ family dynamics, emotional needs, and treatment goals.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions with couples and families, while also providing individual counseling when necessary.
\n
• Treat a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that consider the unique needs of each family member.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities that support client growth and recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to ensure personal and professional growth.

Our client focus spans a diverse demographic, including both adults and children/adolescents seeking to navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
