The facility features a Level I Trauma Center with a 24-bed emergency department and helicopter support, as well as a children's hospital. You'll benefit from state-of-the-art outpatient facilities and a newly opened ambulatory surgery center.

Opportunity:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics - Fellowship in Sports Medicine

This is a turnkey opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-specialty orthopedic team with 16 surgeons and 12 NP/PAs, covering a wide range of sub-specialties. Work alongside 10 fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physicians in a collaborative environment.

• Be part of a physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery system utilizing EPIC Electronic Health Record system

• Perform elective surgeries at state-of-the-art outpatient hospital and ambulatory surgery center
\n
• Benefit from a dedicated orthopedic trauma OR and comprehensive rehabilitation programs
\n
• Enjoy a balanced 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level 1 Trauma Center (approximately 30 call nights per year)
\n
• Receive support from a dedicated call APP and surgical assistant
\n
• Opportunity to develop expertise in Hip Arthroscopy
\n
• Engage with the community through strong sports medicine presence, including partnerships with local high schools, colleges (including all UMD sports), and organizations like the Minnesota Ballet

• Participate in mass events such as Grandma's Marathon

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
