The successful candidate will act as the first and last point of contact for guests, representing the establishment's commitment to hospitality excellence. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property by providing attentive, reliable, and friendly service.Minimum Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or valet services.Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.Strong communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.Familiarity with the West Hollywood area and local attractions.Certification in customer service or hospitality training programs.Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, providing assistance with luggage and directions as needed.Operate valet parking services efficiently, ensuring the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.Maintain clear communication with front desk and security teams to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the valet area and bell stand, including managing equipment and supplies.Assist guests with any additional requests or information about the property and local area to enhance their stay experience.Skills:The required skills such as safe vehicle operation and effective communication are essential for managing guest vehicles and providing clear, courteous interactions with guests and team members.
