Responsibilities Meet new people and develop new contacts in the community Serve community members by selling Shelter products Grow sales, business, and networking skills Control own income and manage own agency Meet sales requirements and core business proficiencies Build and manage a small team or staff as needed Maintain professional standards and compliance with company policies Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit Effective communication skills in a sales environment Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly Preference for prior sales experience or a degree with general business courses No prior insurance experience required; training provided Eligible to work in the United States and willing to work in Macomb, IL Benefits & Support Unlimited new commissions Lucrative bonus and incentive opportunities Exceptional contract benefits Professional sales training and ongoing education Subsidies and office staff reimbursement, if applicable Computer and technology support Employment Information No relocation compensation.
