• Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid training; life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; referral bonuses

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals

What We're Looking For

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training (required)
• Previous ABA experience (required); 1 year preferred
