This role will be based in Boston and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients. THE POSITION: Workforce and Rewards Consulting Analyst The first step in your career with the Workforce and Rewards business is as a Consulting Analyst. Consulting Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions for our clients. We work with clients around the world to engage their most important assets, their people. We partner with board members, senior executives, and HR leaders to optimize business performance through strategies that better manage, reward, and engage their people. Workforce and Rewards brings clients a range of integrated solutions across several practice areas: Executive Rewards, Workforce Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and Change Management and Communications. What we look for Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail What you need to have A bachelor's degree with graduation year in

. A focus in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, social science, or HR preferred. We are targeting spring 2027 graduates. This full time role will have an anticipated start date in August 2027 Strong analytical mindset Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 This position will sit with our local team in Boston. We will not offer relocation assistance for this role Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
