Shipping/Receiving Clerk July 2, 2026
Located in Richfield, WI Pay: $18-20/hour Job Full Description Company seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their 1st shift team . This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and material handling who are looking for a stable, full time position. If you're detail oriented, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and are ready to grow your career, we would love to hear from you! Key Duties & Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials while verifying order accuracy and inspecting shipments.
- Receive, label, store, and deliver materials to production as needed.
- Complete shipping documentation, schedule carrier pickups, and meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while supporting kitting and fulfillment projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, NetSuite or a similar ERP system preferred.
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping systems is a plus.
- Strong math, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Pay Range: $18-$20
- Shift(s): 1st
- Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM M-F
