Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Providing both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, including liaising with medical professionals, social workers, and other specialists. \n
- Maintaining precise clinical documentation and records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. \n
- Remaining current with developments in mental health research by participating in continuous education and professional development opportunities. \n
- Providing crisis intervention and support as needed. \n
Our practice primarily focuses on serving individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is a requirement. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with demonstrated ability in a clinical setting. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable. \n
