About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and transformation. This executive leadership position is focused on developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives and value creation plan. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, leading all human capital initiatives and driving business performance, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value. Key responsibilities include leading organizational design, executive succession planning, and leadership development, as well as partnering with the executive team to support growth and operational performance initiatives. The role also involves leading human capital due diligence and planning for acquisitions, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Applicants for the Chief People Officer role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity-backed manufacturing organizations, with a proven track record of influencing boardroom strategy and engaging employees across manufacturing operations.
