Job Title: Registered Nurse - Triage (Primary Care/Outpatient Setting)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to support patient care delivery in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The role focuses on patient triage, clinical support, and care coordination through multiple communication channels including phone, digital platforms, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patients via phone, MyChart, and walk-ins , prioritizing care based on symptoms and acuity
• Assess patient conditions and escalate urgent or emergent cases
• Respond to clinical codes and emergencies
• Provide patient education and follow-up guidance
• Document care and communication accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with providers and teams to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications
Active Washington (WA) State RN License
3+ years of EPIC EMR experience
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with phone triage and patient triage workflows
Background in primary care or outpatient clinic settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
High level of accountability, reliability, and attendance
