We are looking for an experienced builder, strategist, AI and tech-enthusiast, and operator who can help transform a fast-growing wellness company into a world-class organization with scalable systems, operational excellence, and strong profitability.You will serve as the operational leader responsible for driving manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, quality systems, and process improvement.Working closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO, you will play a key role in helping Herbal Goodness scale efficiently while maintaining our commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.If you are a self-driven leader who is passionate about operational excellence, enjoys learning, loves AI and technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and has experience in the neutraceuticals, food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, we would love to hear from you.About Herbal GoodnessHerbal Goodness is a premium wellness brand based in McKinney, Texas.
