Cardiovascular Technician, Full-Time, Night Shift

The Cardiovascular Tech is responsible for performing of EKG's, application and processing of cardiac monitors and general office duties.. Their primary duties include setting up and maintaining EKG equipment, performing cardiovascular tests, identifying heart rhythms , and effectively communicating with physicians and patients.

What You’ll Do

As a Cardiovascular Technician , you’ll play a critical role in supporting patient care by monitoring and identifying heart activity. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and patients to ensure accurate, timely cardiovascular testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EKGs and cardiovascular diagnostic tests
• Apply, monitor, and process cardiac monitoring equipment
• Identify and interpret heart rhythms
• Set up and maintain EKG and monitoring equipment
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams
• Support general office and documentation tasks

✅ What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in English
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of related experience or Allied Health training
• Certifications such as:
  • CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician)
  • CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician)
  • CET (Certified EKG Technician)
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

This role is active and hands-on. You’ll need to be able to:

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Perform movements such as bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
