We are an expanding dental office and have a position open for an office manager.
Job Details
Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:
- Patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal.
- Management of marketing and communications efforts.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Staff training and motivation.
- Working with the provider for treatment planning and office growth needs.
Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.
Runs scheduling for dentist and hygienist on Open dental. Understands KPI, PPO insurances (including breakdowns and codes) and basic understanding of handling dental team and patient concerns.
