Drive Studio Revenue through Membership SalesLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingProficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAILLead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicRequirements:1+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales REQUIRED, preferably membership sales within the fitness industryDegree in Kinesiology, Applied Physiology, Exercise Science, Fitness Management, Physical Activity, Physical Therapy, Health Science or a related fieldFitness industry experience is a plusAvailability for 3 days out of town for paid job training and 3 days of remote/studio sales training.Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownersAbility to manage and drive all revenue from membership salesExcellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailAbility to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAt Stretch Zone, we encourage a teamwork environment!
