Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student\'s ability and learning style. Assess student\'s skills, monitor student\'s progress and adapt lessons to meet student\'s & clients needs. Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients. Ensure safety of the student at all times. Must be 18 years of age or older CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain). Reliable transportation. Swim instruction equipment if need be. Must be based in the US and have US work authorization. A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
