Reporting to the Controls Department Manager, this role oversees project estimating, planning, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimate, develop, and sell temperature control projects for commercial customersManage multiple controls projects from inception through completionCoordinate and support field personnel to ensure successful project executionMonitor project budgets, costs, schedules, and overall financial performanceCommunicate project schedules and activities with customers, subcontractors, and internal teamsLead and participate in jobsite meetings as requiredIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues and conflicts proactivelyDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnershipsEnsure projects meet customer expectations, quality standards, and company objectivesQualificationsRequiredMinimum of 3 years of successful project management experience within the temperature controls, building automation, or controls construction industryDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsExperience managing project budgets and financial performanceProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience working with commercial HVAC controls and building automation systems (BAS)What Makes You SuccessfulStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsCommitted to delivering exceptional project outcomes and customer satisfactionBase Salary: $80k-$135k. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
