Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events
• Follow care plans that respect each person's choices, strengths, and needs
• Ensure safety, health, and dignity in every interaction

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license that meets agency policy
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing. Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.

Location: Lancaster, NY and Surrounding Areas

Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

Pay Rate: $19.00 Upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, the hourly rate will increase to $20/hr.
