Deliver intensive therapy services focused on gait training, balance, transfers, strengthening, and endurance. Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions. Utilize evidence‑based interventions and outcome measures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management. Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning. Supervise and direct PTAs in accordance with state practice guidelines. Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR. Qualifications Active PT license in practicing state. Inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical decision‑making skills.
