Revenue Cycle Services-Team Lead

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Revenue Cycle & Scheduling team in the role of RCS Team Lead.

The RCS Team Lead position is responsible for the leadership of assigned teams within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services. This role ensures high-quality, standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes comparing favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Additionally, the team lead serves as the first-tier escalation point for team members on task-oriented problems or issues, while supporting management in staff development and the allocation and coordination of daily work.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies:

• Two years of experience with Indiana University Health Revenue Cycle Services strongly preferred.
• Requires expert knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
