Associate, Asset Management Key Responsibilities and Duties Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life science sectors, housing in the value‑add space. Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts. Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process. Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market. Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments. Researches current issues impacting the real‑estate management business that may affect the company’s portfolio. Possesses knowledge of current real‑estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located. Educational Requirements University degree preferred. Work Experience 2+ years required; 3+ years preferred in real‑estate asset management. Physical Requirements Sedentary work. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include incentive programs tied to performance.
