ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our Battle Creek office has been in operation since January 1, 2017, celebrating eight years of growth, while our Marshall office opened on July 1, 2024. Our team consists of 7 dedicated members in Battle Creek and 5 in Marshall, along with the agent. I am a proud graduate of Mattawan High School (2006), Ferris State University, and Grand Valley State University, where I earned a business degree in 2010.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Heeter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
