Location: Marlton – Rt 73 and Brick Road Employment Type: On‑Site, Part‑Time (Regular Schedule) Shift: Night Shift – 12hr (2am–2pm) – Total Weekly Hours: 24 Job Summary The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal, constant observation of a patient and support the healthcare team, patients, and/or their families. The role requires maintaining high professional ethics and ensuring a safe, calm environment. Position Responsibilities Provide constant one‑to‑one observation of the assigned patient, creating a safe environment and fostering positive interaction. Provide restraint care to patients in restraints when necessary. Identify and communicate changes in patient status to the RN and respond appropriately. Assist in orientation of the healthcare team. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Strong communication skills. High School diploma or GED. Successful completion of an Observer course or equivalent – mandatory. Compensation Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $21.33. The actual rate will vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data. Benefits Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance.
