What You’ll Be Doing:

• Confers with realtors, lending institution personnel, attorneys, buyers/borrowers, and sellers in order to facilitate and close real estate transactions
• Coordinates and manages a pipeline of files for closing, completes signatures/notary closings, and completes closing disbursements
• Responsible for assembling, preparing, and reviewing/verifying documents for real estate transactions
• Receipts and disburses funds in real estate transactions being certain that the escrow file balances

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Associates degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2 years of related experience required
