Job Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group is searching for a dynamic, motivated PM&R physician to join our program located at AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, Florida approximately 40 minutes from downtown Orlando. This physician will join our medical director to support furthering excellent clinical work and thus increasing the total number of licensed inpatient rehab beds to 22. The physiatrist will work with an experienced support team of therapists, skilled nurses and dietitians providing care to neurologic, cardiac, orthopedic and general rehab patients. A full complement of medical and surgical specialists will also provide care for our patients on this unit. The new PM&R physician would be responsible for acute care consults during the day in addition to helping manage patients on the unit. Requirements include:

• Ability to receive active Florida medical license
• Board certification (or eligibility) through American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Motivated, self-starter
