Now Hiring: Compassionate Caregivers All Over Indiana- Bring Your Medicaid Waiver Client to an Agency That Cares!

Are you currently a caregiver working with a Medicaid Waiver client who is considering changing agencies? At All Ways at Home Care, LLC, we believe clients have the right to choose their provider, and we welcome caregivers and clients who are looking for a supportive, high-quality care environment.

We prioritize providing excellent support while ensuring our caregivers receive the recognition and pay they deserve.

If you have a client who is an Indiana Medicaid Waiver Recipient and they wish to transfer services, you could earn $18–$20 per hour with opportunities for overtime pay. We also offer a sign-on bonus to qualified professionals who join with their current client — our way of welcoming you to our family.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and follow care plans.
• Encourage social engagement and community participation to promote independence.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Keep accurate documentation of care provided while following HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide mobility assistance, including safe lifting when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in caregiving (preferred), particularly in group homes or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification (a plus!).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client needs.
