Home Health Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem) Athena Care Resources Home Health Agency. Immediate Openings for RNs Comprehensive assessment of patients at the start of care. Patient care coordination. RNs and LPNs to Provide Intermittent skilled nursing care for patients in their home. Private duty nursing for pediatrics and adults: 8‑hour shifts. 12‑hour shifts. 16‑hour shifts. Requirements Valid nursing license. AHCA Clearinghouse fingerprinting required.
