Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the positions of Line Server, Grill Cook, Prep Cook, and Cashier at our ilios crafted Greek concept, slated to open our 5th location in Davidson in July. Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Your role on the line will be an ambassador to our guests as you walk them through the ordering process and prepare their meal. The Line is the heart and soul of the operation as it requires the most guest interaction!

Job Duties include:

• providing a welcoming environment for our guests with a smile and hospitable welcome
• create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• preparing your station for daily lunch and dinner service
• assembling and preparing meals for dine-in, to go, and online orders
• maintain and exceed sanitation standards
• describing menu items and offerings to our guests
• answering guest questions about the menu and menu items
• assisting with completion of catering orders
