Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a 536-bed acute care teaching hospital, requiring EP experience and CCI RCIS or ARRT/OBMI licensure.

Details

• Short-term acute care teaching hospital with 536 total staffed beds
• Cardiac Cath Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or block scheduling requirements
• No floating between units within this position
• Charting performed in Epic (experience required)
• Scrubs provided for Cath Lab

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience; first-time travelers will be considered
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• Active CCI RCIS or ARRT certification required; Oregon OBMI license required if applicable
• Candidates holding an active Radiology Technologist license from another state who have applied for or will apply for an Oregon OBMI license may be considered, as Oregon requires this license to operate fluoroscopy
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• All required certifications must be current and active

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state of Oregon; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• RTO should be minimal; any time-off requests should be addressed prior to submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
• No parking fee at this facility
