Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Main Tasks
- Perform major mechanical and electrical repair on equipment and facilities
- Be able to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Follow departmental procedures
- Understand computer based essentials on utilized maintenance software
- Utilize trouble shooting techniques and root cause analysis to determine the corrective action
- Planning and scheduling skills to plan and complete assigned work
- Rebuild and refurbishment of equipment parts and sub-assembly
- Experience in the trade of mechanical repair with an electrical background or experience in the trade of an electrician with a strong mechanical background with knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Knowledge/experience with all level shop tools and automated equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship where you earned a journeyman's card
- 8 years of experience in one dedicated craft or multi-craft position.
