About the Role:

Devshiv LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts

Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Balance and verify daily revenue reports, cash drawers, and credit card transactions

Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review

Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the property overnight

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning operations

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent required
