Field Manager Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: 114 Lexington KY Reporting To: Lee Morris Description Aspen Contracting is seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a high-performance field team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in the field. This position is not entry-level. Candidates must have prior experience in door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, outside sales, or field team leadership and understand the expectations of working in a field-based role. The Field Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining structure, and holding team members accountable while leading from the front. This team operates with a high level of professionalism, discipline, and clear communication. Expectations are high, and consistency is key. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of a field-based canvassing and sales team Maintain an active in-field presence, working alongside the team Drive door-to-door lead generation and territory execution Train, coach, and develop team members on: Pitch delivery Appointment setting Customer interactions Monitor and manage performance metrics, including: Doors knocked Appointments set Conversion rates Hold team members accountable to activity and performance expectations Ensure alignment with company processes, standards, and expectations Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of new team members Collaborate with internal teams including sales, production, and leadership Maintain professionalism in all customer-facing and team interactions Requirements Previous experience in one or more of the following: Door-to-door (D2D) sales Canvassing / field marketing Outside sales Field team leadership Experience working in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment CRM system experience required (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Ability to track, manage, and follow up on leads and customer interactions Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to lead by example in the field daily Comfortable managing accountability, performance expectations, and team standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to work outdoors and travel locally within the assigned territory Experience in roofing, construction, storm restoration, or home services Previous team leadership or management experience Experience with KPIs, performance tracking, and sales metrics What We Offer Healthcare Dental Vision 401K Competitive compensation Clear path for career advancement into leadership roles Hands-on training and ongoing development Opportunity to lead within a structured, high-performance environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
