Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift hours may vary) Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, text, email, in person) Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and experiences Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive, can‑do attitude Receptiveness to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement Dependable, punctual, and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Basic dental or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory Preferences License & Certification: Certified Orthodontic Assistant Experience with panoramic and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging Knowledge of dental sterilization and disinfection protocols Familiarity with 3D printing and orthodontic appliance fabrication Experience in inventory management and laboratory coordination Job Description Prepare dental chairs and clinical areas prior to patient appointments Assist chairside with wire placement, bonding/debonding, and orthodontic appliance procedures Take X-rays including panoramic, cephalometric, and CBCT, along with facial and intraoral photos and scans Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care during treatment Maintain accurate patient charts and document patient interactions Sterilize instruments and keep clinical areas clean and organized Operate 3D printers to fabricate aligners and retainers Order and manage laboratory appliances and maintain inventory control Ensure patient chairs and work areas are stocked and organized Assist with office opening/closing procedures and support marketing and scheduling activities as needed Benefits 401(k) plan with company matching Paid training and continuing education credits Mileage and travel reimbursement Uniform allowance Paid sick time Employee discounts Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Jobley Bonus $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Facility Information Name: Stellar Orthodontics Location: 3875 E Williams Field Rd, Gilbert, Arizona Type: Dental clinic CPR Certification BLS Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Dental Assistant License Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Certified Orthodontic Assistant (COA) Certified Preventive Functions Dental Assistant (CPFDA) Certified Restorative Functions Dental Assistant (CRFDA) Infection Control License Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellar Orthodontics
