Continually striving to provide the best in service through attention to detail and efficiency./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliPrepares all food items required on the next-day menu. Properly stores all prepared food in walk-in, wrap, label, and date./liliPrepares food items as required by following the production sheets including special diets for the Pavilion./liliWashes all large equipment used in preparation using proper sanitizer./liliKeeps work area clean, and sanitizes bucket in use at all times./liliServes meal room meals daily and dinner line./liliPerforms all duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pAbility to read and write and implement own work schedule. Basic knowledge of the principles of food preparation and garnish as well as the ability to use certain kitchen equipment. Must be mentally alert and possess accuracy in measuring food ingredients and portions. Must be able to prepare foods of high quality in specified quantities./ph3Training And Experience/h3pSome basic knowledge of food is required.
