Babysitter Position

About the Role:

As a Babysitter, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to children in the comfort of their own homes. You will develop and maintain a nurturing and supportive relationship with children, providing one-on-one care, homework assistance, meal preparation, and recreational activities. You will also remind families of medication schedules and perform basic first aid as needed. Effective communication with families and caregivers is crucial to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a nurturing and supportive relationship with children in care
• Provide one-on-one care to children, including homework assistance, meal preparation, and recreational activities
• Remind families of medication schedules and perform basic first aid as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience working with children in a care setting

• Ability to provide independent care for children of various ages and abilities

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
