Bartender

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an exceptional guest experience byserving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, seltzers & sodas. (No mixed cocktails) The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks. Take orders and serve snacks or beverages to customers seated at the bar or in the establishment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including tools, glasses, and work surfaces. Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age. Monitor and manage alcohol consumption of patrons to ensure responsible service. Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and promotions. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Desirable Skills Experience as a bartender, server, or hospitality position. Conflict resolution and customer service skills. Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
