Job Description: Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and execution for enterprise Data Analytics and Generative AI programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Scrum methodologies, Agile coaching, sprint facilitation, backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise delivery management. This role requires facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, collaborating with Product Owners, and supporting enterprise Data Analytics and Generative AI initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement, delivery efficiency, and team alignment with sprint objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming sessions
- Guide Agile teams through Scrum frameworks, sprint execution, and delivery processes
- Identify, track, and remove blockers impacting sprint goals and project delivery timelines
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are prioritized, groomed, and understood by delivery teams
- Foster a collaborative, psychologically safe, and high-performing Agile team environment
- Support conflict resolution and encourage transparent communication across technical and business teams
- Monitor sprint progress, team performance, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Support enterprise Data Analytics and Generative AI program delivery initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, sprint reporting, and Agile process improvements
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, business, and product teams on delivery alignment
- Maintain Agile governance, sprint metrics, and delivery reporting practices
- Participate in planning sessions, release coordination, and project reviews
- Promote enterprise Agile standards and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and sprint management
- Experience managing and delivering Data Analytics and Generative AI programs
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
- Experience removing blockers and supporting sprint execution success
- Strong Agile coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and grooming
- Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of Scrum values, rules, artifacts, and delivery practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10%2B years of experience managing Agile projects required
- Experience managing enterprise Data Analytics and Generative AI programs required
- Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills preferred
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments required
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred
