In this role, you will work in a high-volume corporate mailroom operating digital production printers and high-speed inserter equipment. Working a Thursday through Sunday schedule (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM), you will print, fold, insert, and verify sensitive healthcare mailings within strict deadlines. This role offers long-term stability and a strong pathway for performance-based full-time hire. If you bring solid computer literacy, physical stamina, and a great work ethic, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Operate digital production printers and large-class inserter equipment to print, package, and verify sensitive healthcare mailings in a high-volume corporate mailroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Xerox production printers and Pitney Bowes/Neopost inserter equipment.
• Print, fold, insert, and stamp high-volume healthcare mailings within strict timeframes.
• Verify print job accuracy against incoming documentation.
• Move paper stock, envelope boxes, and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a print, mailroom, or production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
