Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Vermont OT Certificate required
• Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Strong organizational and communication skills for district-wide collaboration
• Proven track record of adaptability and initiative in multi-site settings
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs across four buildings
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, observations, and interventions tailored to support student learning and participation
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, contributing to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
