Hiring: Service Greeter

Pay: $15.00/hour

Reports to: Service Manager

Workplace: Onsite - Rockwall, TX

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages
• Provide basic information to customers and visitors, such as directions and hours of operation
• Help with administrative tasks, such as photocopying and filing

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
