Senior Treasury Analyst Job Locations US-CO-Littleton Overview The Treasury Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting a growing and diverse organization spanning six business units, including both manufacturing and Software-as-a-Service operations. Positioned within the Company's corporate finance function, this role is integral to managing core treasury activities and ensuring strong financial stewardship across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include oversight of banking and treasury operations, cash forecasting and liquidity management, debt management, risk monitoring, capital expenditure tracking, equipment financing, and SOX-related compliance and reporting. The role is also responsible for enhancing treasury policies, processes, and tools to support evolving business needs and drive operational efficiency. This position partners closely with leadership and stakeholders across all business units to optimize cash flow and support both short- and long-term strategic objectives. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the role offers significant visibility and influence within the organization. Responsibilities Cash Management & Treasury Operations (Daily/Weekly) Oversee core treasury operations across all business units, including daily cash administration, account access management, cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and bank fee analysis Monitor and reconcile cash receipts and disbursements, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or unusual activity Manage company-wide payment processes, including disbursements and corporate card programs, with a focus on improving efficiency and controls Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis (Weekly/Monthly) Develop and maintain a detailed 8-week cash forecast, including variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts Partner with finance stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy and alignment with broader financial planning Support optimization of cash flow and liquidity to meet short- and long-term organizational objectives Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement (Ongoing) Ensure the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SOX controls, treasury policies, and procedures Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance cash utilization, operational efficiency, and risk management Analyze proposed operational changes and provide recommendations on financial and liquidity impact Systems, Programs & Administrative Support (Ongoing) Administer and optimize expense reimbursement and travel management platforms Support purchase order (PO) approval and payment processes Assist with equipment lease execution and contract management Banking, Debt & Strategic Support (Monthly/Ad Hoc) Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners Support debt strategy, including monitoring compliance with covenants and liquidity requirements, and preparing monthly ABL borrowing base calculations Contribute to capital structure planning and equipment financing activities Leadership & Team Development (Ongoing) Provide mentorship and coaching to junior treasury team members through cross-training and knowledge sharing Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and continuous development Special Projects & Initiatives (Ad Hoc) Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects to support evolving business needs and priorities We are looking for candidates located within commutable distance to our Denver, Co location Pay range depending on experience: $65,100- $81,100 Qualifications Technical & Analytical Skills Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis, with the ability to evaluate cash flow and its impact across the financials Advanced analytical capabilities, leveraging technology and data to drive timely, fact-based insights and decisions Experience with debt covenant compliance and SOX reporting requirements Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong business partnering skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the organization High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Work Style & Leadership Attributes Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to shifting business needs Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team as needed Demonstrates critical and creative thinking, combined with a strong work ethic and a positive, team‑oriented attitude Role reports to the Treasury Manager Scope of controls that limit the Treasury Senior Analyst is situational; the role will manage day‑to‑day decisioning that aligns with described responsibilities and will communicate with and obtain consensus from the Treasury Manager for higher‑impact decisions. Physical Demands: This position requires ability to work from home, reliable high‑speed internet access (hotspot not acceptable), dedicated distraction‑free home work environment. Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company's regular business hours; however evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time). Position may require minimal travel by car and/or plane.
