Physician Assistant

This is a full-time Physician Assistant position serving as the primary provider in a new evening clinic at our client's Southaven, MS location. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 4:00–8:00 PM , with the potential for two morning surgery blocks. The position is incentive-based, with a base salary of $85,000 and no earnings cap. Compensation is paid semi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of each month. Additional compensation includes: $20 per patient visit during the evening clinic Call coverage (optional): $150 for weekdays and $300 for weekends/holidays Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company-paid Base Life and AD&D Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Long-Term is company-paid) Voluntary Life and AD&D Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Paid time off (combined vacation and professional leave) is structured as follows: Year 1: 3 weeks Years 2–5: 4 weeks Years 6–15: 5 weeks Year 16 and beyond: 6 weeks Additional benefits include: Continuing Education/Licensure stipend of $3,000 annually (prorated for the first year and renewed each January 1) One personal day and five sick days annually (prorated based on start date) Paid federal holidays, including: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day Candidates must have a degree from an accredited institution.
