Interventional Pain Management Opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida

Build a highly procedural Interventional Pain practice in Jacksonville, Florida, where physician autonomy, efficiency, and compensation are aligned. This physician-led group has created a model that allows you to spend more time performing procedures and caring for new patients while an experienced support team handles much of the administrative workload and routine follow-up care. With strong patient demand, modern in-office procedural capabilities, and a compensation structure that directly rewards productivity, this opportunity offers the flexibility to shape your practice while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

Practice Overview

• Physician-led practice with a team of six providers and dedicated clinical and administrative support
• In-office procedures across all locations with plenty of fluoro and C-Arm access
• Flexibility to structure your schedule to your liking
• APPs manage follow-ups so you can stay focused on procedures and new patients

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• No call and no weekends
• Split schedule between procedures and clinic to maintain consistent volume
• Flexibility to adjust workflow based on your preferences

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary (bi-weekly) with 40 percent of collections and no practice overhead deductions
• Additional quarterly bonuses tied to overall practice contribution
• Sign-on and relocation support available

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain preferred but not required
• Comfortable with procedural volume and minimally invasive techniques
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
