Physical Therapist - Occupational Health

Job Description

Help patients recover, regain function, and return to the activities that matter most. As a Physical Therapist , you'll evaluate and treat primarily work-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. In addition to direct patient care, you'll partner with physicians and employer clients to perform functional capacity evaluations, job placement assessments, return-to-work testing, and workplace ergonomic assessments. This role offers a rewarding blend of hands-on patient care, injury prevention, and occupational health in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where you can make a meaningful difference every day.

Monday - Friday. NO NIGHTS. NO WEEKENDS. NO HOLIDAYS.

This position is located at 7600 South Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Physical Therapy degree from certified PT program required.
• Licensed in the State of South Dakota, or able to obtain SD license upon hire.
• Two plus years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; can be obtained upon hire.
