Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active TX RN License required Certifications: BLS ACLS Must-Have: Telemetry experience NIHSS Certification 2+ years of hospital experience Description: Providing high-quality care to patients for over 50 years. Recognized for unique patient needs with continuous improvements. Traditions of patient-focused care and faith-based philosophies. Committed to providing the highest quality of service and treatment. Broad range of specialties available. Seeking a qualified RN for a telemetry unit. Candidates must have 2+ years of hospital experience. Floating is a requirement within the unit. Documentation system used is Meditech. Procedures include peripheral IV starts and Foley, NGT insertions. Dress code includes navy scrubs and neat appearance. Visible body art should be covered when possible. Additional unit guidelines and attendance policies apply.
