Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:00) | Monday–Friday (with flexibility for Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedules)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services at a critical access hospital setting
• Manage a patient caseload with expected ratios of 1:5–10
• Float between units based on facility census and patient need
• May be required to float to nearby sister facilities based on operational need and therapist competency
• Adapt daily workload and schedule in response to hospital census fluctuations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
• Acute care physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Ability to float to additional facilities as needed based on assignment requirements
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a critical access or small hospital environment
• Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation workflows and interdisciplinary care teams
• Experience working across multiple facility locations or in a float capacity
