In this role, reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will drive the execution of the product vision and roadmap for one of our Revenue Performance Planning solutions with a focus on GTM Planning Applications, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into a prioritized roadmap, gathering high level business requirements, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful execution of the product strategy.Your ImpactProduct Strategy & Vision: You will contribute to the evolution of the product vision by gathering customer and market insights, identifying opportunities, and partnering with Product Leadership to shape future investments. You will drive execution against the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Product Roadmap: You will create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.Requirements Gathering: You will work closely with customers and cross functional stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and communicate high level business requirements. You will partner closely with the Product Owner, ensuring requirements are well understood and ready for detailed functional design.Go-to-Market Strategy: You will work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing. Ensure all teams are aligned for a successful product launch.Performance Monitoring: You will track product performance post-launch, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and business metrics. Use data to inform decisions for future improvements and iterations.Stakeholder Communication: You will drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and customers by providing regular updates on roadmap priorities, product progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.Customer Feedback: You will gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels (surveys, interviews, analytics, etc.) to improve existing products and influence future product development.Your Qualifications5+ years of experience in Product Management or Enterprise Software Implementation, with a strong understanding of end to end product development and/or enterprise software delivery.Prior experience working on Sales Performance solutions or related business domains, such as Revenue Operations, GTM Planning or Sales FinanceProven ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Base Salary Range:$137,000 - $197,000 USDOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
