Customer Support & Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: Sharonville, OH Area
Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience - DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
This role requires a flexible and dependable professional who can effectively communicate with customers regarding products, services, and project needs while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, this position includes hands-on warehouse responsibilities and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication; assist with product information, inquiries, and identifying solutions to meet their needs.
- Warehouse Operations: Perform daily warehouse duties including organizing, receiving, loading, and moving materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to support daily operations and smooth project execution.
- Physical Labor: Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Travel Opportunity: Participate in future travel opportunities related to bridge projects, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Operational Agility: Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and adapt to changing priorities or business needs with flexibility.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical warehouse work and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record with a high level of dependability and punctuality.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Adaptability: Flexible and willing to support various operational needs in both independent and team environments.
- Travel & Shipping: Willingness and ability to travel for future projects/exhibitions. Experience in Hazmat shipping is preferred, but training will be provided.
