Maintenance Mechanic

What This Job Involves We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical devices to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Detect malfunctions through observation and run diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of issues Repair broken or faulty machine parts and perform emergency repairs as needed Align, calibrate, and install new machines or replacement parts, selecting appropriate materials for each task Perform general facility maintenance duties, including patch and paint work Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing maintenance projects and repairs Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and general mechanics Proficiency in using various power and hand tools for maintenance and repair Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Proven experience with patch and paint work Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads Preferred Qualifications A valid driver’s license Technical certifications in a related mechanical field Experience in a role that required reporting on project progress #J-18808-Ljbffr JLL
