Drive territory growth by building trusted advisor relationships, uncovering new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, quantifying business impact, and delivering solutions that support customer objectives. Lead customer conversations around pricing, contracts, and service solutions by demonstrating value and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Partner with operations, sales leadership, and service center teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure commitments are executed successfully. Collaborate with Customer Support Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, and other internal partners to resolve customer issues, strengthen satisfaction, and support account growth. Develop and expand relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations to uncover opportunities and increase account penetration. Translate customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales opportunities into actionable insights for service center and sales leadership teams. Drive clear next steps and accountability following customer interactions, advancing opportunities that contribute to revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term partnership success. Annual Salary Range: $72,220 to $90,274 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
